Our renewable energy business is focused on providing solutions that reduce electricity costs, and provide commercial solutions via a mixture of Solar, Wind and Energy Storage for on-and off-site projects
Captive Power Producer (CPP)
We develop, transfer, operate and maintain off-site grid-connected solar, wind and energy storage power plants for our CPP customers. These captive plants help customers save upto 60-80% of their electricity expenses. We provide absolute value to our customers through our turnkey epc and financing solutions. This means providing them access to finance and creating viability reports for financing; to identifying and procuring land and creating common power evacuation infrastructure with all discom approvals. We also offer lengthy Operation and Maintenance Service Contracts (O&M) through a separate O&M agreement to our customers.
Independent Power Producer (IPP)
We build, own and operate off-site renewable energy power plants delivering power to Commercial & Industrial customers via our Power Purchase Agreement Contracts (PPAs). Our PPAs ensure our customers save upto 30-50% on their energy bills without any investment. Our solutions are built around the most efficient technologies available, which ensure significant savings per site. In effect, we make money only if you save money.
On-site Power Producer
We provide on-site groundmount and rooftop solutions to Commerical & Industrial customers via Capex, Opex or Deferred Capex (EMI) models. Our on-site solutions encompass both solar on-grid and off-grid (Solar+Battery Energy Storage System) installations. With an inhouse engineering/procurement team and inhouse manufacturing of BESS, we deliver optimised solutions at lowest possible cost to our customers.
Solar Park Development
We offer third parties a solution to set-up their customers in our solar parks by providing them with land, approvals, evacuation, I&C and O&M/security facilties. Solar project development in an exploratory stage gives rise to a plethora of questions pertaining to technical, financial and legal aspects of the project. We handle the hurdles that come up by analysing and choosing our solar park locations such that it captures various technical, financial and legal, state/central policies combined with local aspects to arrive at a solution that results in an unbeatable levelized cost of energy for our customers.
